1 zucchini
100 g bacon
2 cloves of garlic
75 ml sweet cream
75 ml sour cream
1 small tomato puree
fresh basil
100 ml white wine
salt

Recipe steps
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Grate the zucchini coarsely. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them.
In oil, sauté the onion with the bacon, then add the zucchini, season with salt, pour in the wine, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Now add the tomato purée with the garlic and lightly sweeten. Let it simmer and finally add the cream and basil. Taste and adjust the flavor if necessary.
