Recipe for creamy sauce is one of the greatest delights enjoyed by local diners. Creamy sauce does not have to be just a recipe that is as long as a phone book. It can be a fairly simple dish that you can whip up in no time so you can enjoy a great treat as quickly as possible. The recipe for creamy sauce is named after the beef tenderloin, however, it is not necessary, or even desirable, to use another type of beef for creamy sauce. Creamy sauce can be replaced, for example, by beef rump, flank steak, beef shin, boneless or round shoulder, which is sometimes referred to as false tenderloin. Creamy sauce will have a richer flavor due to the higher amount of collagen. When it comes to the meat, it is also very important to lard it. You will see on the plate that it paid off. Ingredients (what you need)

4 slices beef steak
1 carrot
1 parsley
1 small celery
oil
salt
pepper
bay leaf
allspice
broth as needed
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Recipe steps

First, we trim the beef steaks, then we pound them, score the edges, and season with salt. In a hot pan, we quickly sear them in oil.

We remove the meat and sauté diced (or coarsely grated) vegetables and onion in the drippings.

We transfer everything to a baking dish, add the prepared broth. Then we add the spices (preferably in a bag, so they can be easily removed) and cover it to stew in the oven until tender.

We take out the steaks, remove the spices, and blend the vegetables.

If necessary, we add more broth and thicken with cornstarch, which we let come to a boil.

We add cream, allow it to come back to a boil, season with lemon juice, and return the meat to the sauce to warm it up.

We serve with bread dumplings.
