In a pot with milk, mix the flour, sugar, and butter. Gradually bring to a boil. While stirring constantly, simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
Ingredients (what you need)
30 g plain flour
250 ml milk
100 g chopped walnuts
80 g powdered sugar
20 g butter
100 g chopped almonds
100 g raisins
1 pinch salt
100 g candied orange or lemon peel. Or we can mix them as desired.
Recipe steps
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix the batter well and let it cool down. Prepare a greased baking sheet and make small piles with a teaspoon.
Insert into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Make a chocolate icing from butter, chocolate, and milk melted in a water bath.
After removing the marokánky from the oven, let them cool a bit and then dip them in the chocolate icing.
Lay them aside so they do not stick to the surface.
