Excellent Karlovy Vary dumpling

Ingredients (what you need)
2 pcs eggs
50 g flour - coarse
salt
250 g bread (bun, roll)
250 ml semi-skimmed milk
30 g butter
Recipe steps
First, we prepare a board and cut the bread (buns, rolls) into small pieces. We whip the egg whites into a foam and set aside.
We take a bowl and pour the melted butter and milk into it. After a while, we whisk in the egg yolks. We pour this mixture over the bread, add salt, add flour, and mix thoroughly.
We fold in the whipped foam. We carefully mix and shape two rolls.
On the stove, we bring salted water to a boil in a larger pot.
We wrap the roll in a damp cloth napkin. We take some thread and tie it tightly near the dumpling, and another thread right next to it, about 1 cm apart. We do the same on the other side of the roll.
After 5 minutes of boiling, we cut the threads closer to the dumpling. We continue to boil for another 20 minutes, turning the dumpling at least once.
We unwrap it from the napkin, cut it, and serve it with mushroom, dill, or creamy sauce and some good meat. Enjoy your meal.
