Yeast dumplings with blueberries

Yeast Dumplings with Blueberries have their supporters and opponents. Some people do not like blueberry dumplings because the small fruit loses and changes some of its flavor after cooking. We believe that when it's the season, one should not hesitate and process the ingredients. The recipe for yeast dumplings with blueberries is surprisingly quite simple – dough, filling, and cook. Drenched in melted butter and sprinkled with cottage cheese, yeast dumplings with blueberries work wonders even with the toughest of tough guys.
Ingredients (what you need)
400 g all-purpose flour
2 dcl milk, more if needed
3/4 cube yeast
3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 pc egg
Recipe steps
First, prepare the dough from the ingredients. Let it rise for about an hour. Then knead the dough, roll it out to about 1 centimeter thick, and use a larger glass to cut out circles. Fill them with enough fruit and shape them into dumplings. Let them rise in this shape for 10 minutes.
Place the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook them for about 12 minutes, until they float to the surface. You can tell that the dumplings are done when you poke them with a toothpick and the dough does not stick to it.
Serve the blueberry dumplings with melted butter and sprinkled with cottage cheese.
