We will take the herbs and chop all of them finely.

1 bunch chives
ground pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 bunch dill
1/2 bunch parsley
1 handful cress
1 sprig basil
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt

Recipe steps

Mix with vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Then gradually stir in the oil.

This dressing is suitable for both vegetable and meat salads.
