We cut the salami into strips, clean the vegetables, and if we use pickled vegetables, we drain them. We peel the hard-boiled eggs and the cooked potatoes that have cooled down. Then we grate everything coarsely into a larger bowl.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 can sterilized peas
100 g mayonnaise
5 ml cucumber brine
3 pcs hard-boiled eggs
4 pcs sterilized cucumbers
1 pc onion
300 g junior salami
5 pcs boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon full-fat mustard
salt
ground black pepper

Recipe steps

We mix everything together, add pickle brine, add mustard, and season with salt and pepper. We put the mixed ingredients in the fridge to rest for an hour and then stir in the mayonnaise.

We can put "Vlašák" in the fridge to chill, but we can also serve it immediately, preferably with fresh bread in any form.
