Quick sausage goulash

Quick, tasty dinner. And even better the next day.
Ingredients (what you need)
black ground pepper
100 g oil
2 pcs kitchen onion
1 kg potatoes
2 tablespoons sweet paprika - ground
1 tablespoon cumin - ground
125 ml sour cream
salt
1 tablespoon flour - plain
300 g salami - twisted
Recipe steps
First, we peel the potatoes and cut them on a board. We do the same with the sausage, for example (cooked sausage, hot dog).
We take an electric chopper and chop the onion a bit. I use a lot of onion because the flavor is much more intense. We pour the onion into the pot with oil and let it caramelize.
We add the chopped potatoes. We season with salt, pepper, add sweet paprika, and cumin. I also throw in a bouillon cube. We pour in water.
We put it on the stove and cook. Towards the end, we thicken it (mix smooth flour into the cream) and pour it into the pot.
From the board, we add the sausage or hot dog and cook for a while.
Serve with bread. (baguette, roll, bread)
