Čevapčiči simply

Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, and mix it into the ground meat. Add an egg, paprika, chili, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. From this mixture, shape the desired rolls, as we know them.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 pc onion
3 cloves garlic
1 pinch marjoram
1 tsp ground sweet paprika
1 pc egg
0.5 kg ground meat (beef or pork)
1 pinch chili powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Recipe steps

Heat a larger amount of oil in a pan (about the same as for breaded schnitzels) and fry the rolls in it. Before placing them in the hot oil, dust them with plain flour.

Serve with mustard and onion (either finely chopped or sliced into rings). As a side dish, use either fries or boiled potatoes.
