To make a simple soup.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 cup cooking cream
0.5 teaspoon curry spice
0.5 kg pumpkin flesh
1 piece potato
1 l vegetable broth
1 tablespoon oil
1 piece onion
for garnish sunflower seeds
to taste ground black pepper
salt

Recipe steps

Sauté the finely chopped onion in oil, then add diced pumpkin and potato. Sauté everything nicely.

Pour the mixture with either vegetable stock or broth and cook for about half an hour. Then let it cool down and blend. Bring the soup back to a boil, pour in the cream, and season with spices.

Serve the soup in bowls, sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
