Recipe steps
Cut the vegetables into 1-centimeter pieces. Heat a pan and sauté the vegetables until golden brown.
Place the sautéed vegetables in a large pot and pour in 1.5 liters of cold water. Slowly bring to a boil. Don't forget to add salt.
The vegetable broth can be cooked a bit more vigorously than beef broth, but still give it time in the hot bath. 45–60 minutes.
