Fluffy rice pudding

We will cook the rice. Once it is cooked, we drain it and pour hot cream over it. We mix it like this, cover it, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Next, we take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. We whisk the yolks with melted butter, sugar, and lemon zest. We then mix this with the rice.

dough 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 pc whipping cream
2 packages rice
1 package vanilla sugar
100 g butter
Recipe steps
We whisk the egg whites into a foam and fold it into the rice.
We grease our baking dish or bowl, pour in 2/3 of the rice mixture. On top, we layer the fruit, drizzle a little juice over it, and pour the remaining mixture. We place it in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
The finished rice pudding can be served immediately.
