Christmas Baked Tea
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Servings: 4

A very aromatic drink where we add fruits to our own taste...

Ingredients (what you need)

250 g raspberries
1 pc lemon
450 g granulated sugar
1 pc tangerine
300 g apple
300 g pear
3 pcs cloves
150 ml rum
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe steps

We peel the orange or mandarin, divide it into segments, and put it in a bowl. We add diced apples and pears. Next, we add raspberries with sugar and cinnamon, cloves, lemon juice, and rum. We mix everything well.

We preheat the oven to 200 °C. We put the mixture into a lidded container and place it in the oven.

After 30 minutes, we remove the lid, stir, and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes. During baking, we can stir several times.

We fill the tea into small preheated jars. After sealing, we let them sit for 30 minutes upside down. Then we turn them back and let them cool.

This way, we can store it for several months.

When we drink it later, we put 2-3 teaspoons into a cup, pour hot water over it, and let it steep. We drink it either strained without fruit or with fruit.
