0.5 cup white yogurt
125 g celery
250 g cottage cheese
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 piece green apple
0.5 piece lemon
0.5 teaspoon sugar

Recipe steps

We mix the yogurt with the cottage cheese. Then we peel the apple and celery, which we grate on the fine side of the grater, and mix that with the cheese mixture. We then season it with sugar, salt, and lemon juice.

We let the spread cool and spread it on fresh, preferably whole grain bread.
