Ingredients (what you need)
300 g smoked meat
400 g pasta flakes
5 pcs eggs
4 drops oil
100 ml milk
to taste ground black pepper
salt
Recipe steps
Cook the pasta in salted water with a few drops of oil. Then drain, rinse with cold water, and let it drain. Cut the cooked smoked meat or ham into one-centimeter cubes.
In a baking dish, combine the pasta with the meat and place it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Bake at 220 °C.
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk and add salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the partially baked ham pasta. Reduce the temperature to 180 °C and continue baking.
Serve the ham pasta with pickles or cucumber salad.
