Doughnut pancakes

In a larger pot, pour in the milk, which we heat briefly so that we can then take a little to put in a cup. In the cup, we then add the yeast and a little sugar to the milk and create a starter.
Ingredients (what you need)
for spreading jam
to taste fruit
whipped cream
fat for frying
quark
dough 1 l milk
2 pcs eggs
700 g semi-coarse flour
1/2 cube yeast
1 g salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe steps
To the milk in the pot, we add eggs, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. We whisk everything together. Then we gradually mix in the flour, followed by the yeast, and whisk until combined. We continue doing this until the dough is smooth. Once mixed, we cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
We grease the pan with a piece of fat and bake the pancakes one by one.
We spread the finished pancakes with jam. We can garnish them with whipped cream and pieces of fruit.
