Easter lamb

In a bowl, we mix all the ingredients together and knead them into a smooth dough. Meanwhile, we grease the lamb-shaped mold with butter and dust it with flour. Then we pour the dough into it.

3 pcs eggs
1 pcs vanilla sugar
1 cup semolina flour
2 tablespoons rum
1 pcs baking powder
1 cup plain flour
1 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar

Recipe steps
We place the lamb in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 45 minutes. After baking the lamb, we carefully knock it out of the mold.
We decorate according to our own imagination, for example, we pour chocolate icing over it and use raisins to make the lamb's eyes.
