Baked peppers with millet

We peel the onion and chop it finely, crush the peeled garlic, cut the cheese into cubes, slice the peppers lengthwise and clean them. We scald the millet with boiling water.
Ingredients (what you need)
ground black pepper
4 pcs bell pepper
filling 1 pcs onion
200 g millet
1 tablespoon almond flakes
150 g blue cheese
1 clove garlic
500 ml vegetable broth
to taste salt
parsley
as needed oil
Recipe steps
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
First, let's prepare the filling. In a pan, sauté the onion until golden and then stir in the dry millet, which we briefly toast.
Lower the heat and pour in vegetable broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes until soft. Remove the millet, let it cool, and mix it with garlic, chopped almonds, finely grated cheese, and chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Then fill the prepared peppers with the mixture, place them in a ceramic baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve with fresh bread.
