Chicken broth

Chicken broth recipe requires a little less time than rich beef broth recipe, but it can certainly compete in simplicity of preparation. The costs for the chicken broth recipe are not as high as, for example, for beef, making it an excellent option for mothers with small children. You can whip up the chicken broth recipe in an afternoon or during the evening. And you will get a beautifully fragrant, golden chicken broth, achieving maximum flavor with minimal effort. However, the chicken broth recipe does require certain rules to achieve this result.
Chicken broth is best made from chicken wings, as they have the most suitable ratio of meat, bones, and skin. Chicken carcasses and backs work too, but the chicken broth recipe is a bit weaker and more universal. You can enhance the flavor with chicken necks, gizzards, hearts, and the like. You will also elevate the chicken broth recipe by paying attention to the correct ratio of meat, bones, and water. Too much water will result in a weak, watery broth, while too little will make it cloudy. The water temperature should not exceed the boiling point; the chicken broth recipe only needs to simmer gently, and just like with beef broth, do not overdo it with vegetables; avoid herbs and spices altogether. Always cook noodles separately to prevent your chicken broth from becoming cloudy. The chicken broth recipe is perfect for a quick snack or dinner. You can then make homemade celestial noodles for the soup, and we guarantee you will be delighted.
Ingredients (what you need)
4 l water
2 kg chicken bones, wings, and giblets
300 g vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, parsley, garlic)
Recipe steps
Place the chicken bones in a pot with cold water. Pay attention to the correct ratio. Slowly bring to a gentle boil (this is the legendary bubbling).
During the first hour, keep an eye on the chicken broth, skimming off the coagulated protein from the surface. This will prevent the chicken broth from becoming cloudy.
After about two hours, add the cleaned and chopped vegetables to the pot and continue simmering the broth for at least another hour. However, the ideal time is three hours or even longer. The rule here is the longer, the better.
Strain the finished chicken broth and remove impurities. You can let some cool down and place it in the freezer.
