Egg liqueur

This delicious liqueur is a traditional drink for the Christmas season.
Ingredients (what you need)
1/2 l milk
1/2 l rum or other alcohol
5 pcs egg yolk
1/2 pcs vanilla
1/4 kg sugar
Recipe steps
In a pot, heat the milk and gradually stir in the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Then remove from heat and let it cool. Carefully stir in the rum.
Once the liqueur is prepared, mix it well again and pour it into bottles.
Before we start consuming the egg liqueur, we must let it sit for a few days.
The liqueur can be enjoyed on its own or added, for example, to ice cream sundaes (it can also be made alcohol-free for children).
