First, we let the fat soften. Then we mix and knead it with the flour. We incorporate the cream and work out a more pliable dough.

Ingredients (what you need)

for coating 1 packet vanilla sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
dough 400 g all-purpose flour
1 packet Omega fat
250 ml heavy cream

Recipe steps

We roll out this dough and then cut out the shapes we have chosen. We place them on a greased baking sheet and put them in the oven at 150°C until the dough turns pink.

We mix powdered sugar with vanilla sugar and coat the still warm cookies in it.

After cooling, we can serve them immediately.
