First, we pick dandelion flowers, which we then pour boiling water over. We also add chopped lemon and orange to this. We let it simmer for about 10 minutes and then store it in the cold for 1 day to steep.

400 pcs dandelion flower heads
half orange
1 pc lemon
1.25 l water
1 kg sugar
Recipe steps
The next day, we strain the dandelions, preferably through a cotton cloth, and add sugar. We simmer this for about 1.5 hours.
The prepared syrup is then poured into jars, the lids are screwed on, turned upside down, and left like this until the next day.
We store it in a cool place.
