Snow Meringues

We will prepare the egg whites, which we will whip until stiff. We will gradually add sugar to that.

dough 300 g powdered sugar
4 pcs egg white

Recipe steps
We turn on the oven to 120°C and grease a baking tray, then we shape our meringues using a piping bag with a larger opening: of course, we can make different shapes as we like.
We place them in the oven, where we bake for about 15 minutes, and to keep them white, we reduce the temperature to 50°C and let them bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Meringues can be made chocolate by dipping them in melted chocolate. Then they are left to cool and are ready.
