Leek soup

Leek vegetable soup can spice up your diet.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 bouillon cubes vegetable
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 pieces larger potatoes
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 piece leek
3 tablespoons oil - olive
Recipe steps
We peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes on a cutting board.
We wash the leek and slice it into rounds. We set a pot on the stove, pour in a little oil, and add cumin. We add the leek and potatoes and sauté them. We season and add water. We add vegetable bouillon and cook.
We thicken to our liking. I use semolina.
The cooking time is about 25 minutes.
