Goulash soup

We cut the potatoes into smaller cubes and boil them in salted water with caraway seeds. Meanwhile, we nicely fry the chopped onion until golden brown. Then we add the meat with crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika, and sauté for a moment.

We add water to this mixture and simmer until tender. We stir the cooked meat mixture into the potatoes, which we do not drain. We thicken it preferably with a roux and season with marjoram.

1 tsp oregano
100 ml oil
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp cumin
300 g potatoes
5 cloves garlic
30 g sweet paprika
