Simple broth is actually a simplification of the preparation process to a minimum, but with a focus on extracting maximum flavor from the soup. If you add salt to the broth and include fresh vegetables cut into strips, it will make an excellent vegetable soup. You can also add eggs to the grated vegetables after removing them from the soup and fry them into patties, which will serve as a great snack for kids.

You can enhance the simple broth by adding meat. However, the recipe for simple broth that we present here consists solely of vegetables. The base for vegetable broth is carrots, onions, and parsley, after which you can add other vegetables that you can combine according to what you have at home and what seasonal vegetables are available. Ingredients (what you need)

2 large carrots
2 large onions
2 parsley
1 celery
1 large tomato
5 cloves garlic
10 stalks parsley
10 berries pepper
3 berries allspice
1 bay leaf

Recipe steps

First, clean, wash, and peel the vegetables. Grate the carrots, onion, parsley, and celery on a grater.

Place the spices and vegetables in a large pot and pour in 3 liters of cold water. Bring to a gentle boil.

Let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Then strain the broth through a sieve. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
