120 g sugar
150 g yogurt - plain
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 pcs eggs
1 pc vanilla sugar
200 g flour - semi-coarse
1 packet baking powder
1/2 pc lemon
90 ml oil
Recipe steps
We will prepare a bundt cake pan, which we will carefully grease with fat and lightly dust with flour.
We turn on the oven to 160°C.
We crack the eggs and whisk them using a mixer. Gradually, we add vanilla and regular sugar. We drizzle in lemon juice and don't forget about the baking powder. We gradually add semi-coarse flour and mix.
We empty the white yogurt and sprinkle in the lemon zest. We work the batter, transfer it to the bundt cake pan, and bake. We turn it out, dust it with powdered sugar, and it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
