First, we will make the shortcrust pastry by mixing all the ingredients and kneading the dough. Then we will let it chill in the refrigerator until the next day.
Ingredients (what you need)
dough 60 g granulated sugar
250 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon milk
140 g butter or Hera
2 pcs egg yolks
for decoration 1 package hazelnuts
2 packages chocolate coating
Recipe steps
From this, we will traditionally roll out a sheet, from which we will use a small cutter to cut out stars. We then gently press them into the cupcake molds, so they fit the shape of these cups. The stars should line the edges of the cups.
We place them on a baking tray to bake in a moderately heated oven until the dough turns pink.
After taking them out, we let them cool and then drizzle them with chocolate coating. We decorate the top with a hazelnut.
I recommend blanching and peeling the hazelnut.
