Spinach soup with cream

We will take out the frozen spinach and let it thaw.

Ingredients (what you need)

750 ml water
1 pc onion
4 pcs hard-boiled eggs
ground pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 packet frozen spinach
1 cube bouillon
200 ml cream
salt
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
for garnish chives

Recipe steps

We peel the onion and chop it finely. In a pot, we add butter, heat it up, and sauté the onion in it. Gradually, we add and stir in the flour, and when that is also sautéed, we pour in water. We bring it to a boil, add a bouillon cube, and while stirring constantly, we also add the spinach. We season with salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes. We add cream, stir, and let it simmer for a few more minutes.

We add chopped hard-boiled eggs to the soup and can serve it garnished with chives.
