Cup dumplings

From the eggs, we separate the yolks and the whites after cracking them open. We cut the rolls into small cubes. We beat the egg whites until stiff.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 cup milk
1 cup coarse flour
2 pcs eggs
2 pcs bread rolls
1 teaspoon salt
as needed oil for greasing
Recipe steps
We will prepare a bowl, add a cup of flour, pour in a cup of milk, add egg yolks and salt. Mix well, then add chopped rolls. We fold in beaten egg whites into the prepared batter.
We prepare 4 cups, grease them with oil, and fill them to 3/4. We place them in a pot of water, so that the cups are submerged not more than halfway. Cover the pot and cook for 30-35 minutes. We remove the cups and let them cool for a while, then turn them out and we can slice them.
The dumplings are excellent as a side dish to any sauce.
