salt
4 cups potatoes
1 pc egg

After cooking, we grate them while still warm.

We add flour, an egg, and salt. We thoroughly knead the dough. We shape it into 4 rolls.

We place the rolls into salted, boiling water and cook for about 20 - 25 minutes.
