Potato goulash

We will peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Then we will finely chop the peeled onion.
Ingredients (what you need)
250 g sausages
1 kg potatoes
125 ml whipping cream
2 cloves garlic
1 - 2 tablespoons flour
marjoram
3 tablespoons oil
to taste salt
caraway seeds
ground sweet paprika
Recipe steps
Add the chopped onion to the hot pot with oil and sauté until translucent. Add the potatoes with caraway seeds and paprika, then pour in water and cook until the potatoes are tender.
In the meantime, we cut the peeled sausages into half-moons and sauté them.
After the potatoes are tender, mix the cream with a little flour and use it to thicken the goulash. Let it simmer. Finally, season with salt, marjoram, add the sausages and crushed garlic. Let it simmer for the last fifteen minutes and it's ready.
Serve with fresh bread or boiled potatoes.
