Recipe steps
Peel the cooked potatoes and slice them. Place them in a bowl of cold water to prevent the potatoes from turning black.
Pour the cream into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Add a pinch of nutmeg and grated cheese.
Grease a baking dish with butter and crushed garlic, and add the potatoes with the cream. Bake at 140 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. In the last 10 minutes, increase the temperature to 200. You can garnish with chopped chives.
