Baked meatballs will ultimately become a faithful helper in solving the daily dilemma expressed by the eternal question – what do you want to eat.

Baked meatballs can take on many different forms. They can be made in a variety of ways. You can combine different types of meat and spices according to your taste. And you can mix other types of meat besides ground beef and ground pork. Just ask your butcher for advice and have him grind the right combination for you. And if you have a meat grinder at home, you can go wild in the kitchen as you wish. Baked meatballs will also not break the bank, making them a suitable dish to make several times a month. We recommend vegetable puree as a side dish for oven-baked meatballs.

Ingredients (what you need)

400 g ground meat
1 egg
1–2 cloves of garlic
1–2 tablespoons of marjoram
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe steps

Mix the ground meat with the egg, crushed garlic, and spices.

Then place it in a preheated oven at 200 °C on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or foil for 20 minutes. That's all.
