Spicy spread for toast

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cleaned mushrooms are sliced, and cleaned peppers are cut into small strips.

2 - 3 pcs bell pepper
250 g ground pork
100 g mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon ground hot paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
1 pc onion
1 tablespoon oil for frying
for garnish fresh cress or basil
1 handful grated blue cheese or Edam
to taste Tabasco
salt
ground black pepper
Recipe steps
Sauté the onion in the pan until it turns translucent. Then add the mushrooms and peppers and simmer for a while. Next, add the marinated meat, sprinkle in sweet and hot paprika, season with pepper and salt, and drizzle with Tabasco while stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Serve the mixture on toasted bread, preferably topped with garlic. Sprinkle with grated Edam or blue cheese.
You can garnish with a green herb leaf such as cress or basil.
