Potato dumpling

Cooked potatoes are peeled and grated on a fine grater when cool.
Ingredients (what you need)
12 tablespoons coarse flour
4 tablespoons semolina
1/2 kg cooked potatoes
1 piece egg
Recipe steps
We mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead the dough.
We divide it into two equal parts and roll each part into a log.
In a larger pot, we bring water to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes.
Then we remove from the pot and cut, preferably with thread.
We serve as a side dish to meat with cabbage or spinach, but they are also excellent as a standalone dish drizzled with sautéed onions in butter.
