Pour a little water into the pot, about 2 cm. Add sugar, cloves, and cinnamon.

Ingredients (what you need)

3 pcs cinnamon sticks
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 l red wine
4 pcs cloves
2 slices lemon
for garnish lemon

Recipe steps

We add the washed lemon slices and bring to a boil. We let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Then we slowly add the wine. We heat it until we start to see foam forming. It must not come to a boil, as boiling will evaporate the alcohol.

We pour it into glass mugs decorated with lemon slices and serve hot.
