Homemade pickled camembert

We'll mash the garlic, mix it with salt and paprika. We cut the camembert cheese lengthwise, spread the garlic mixture inside and then rejoin them. Then we cut them into halves crosswise.

5 balls allspice
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 pcs bay leaves
2 pcs pickled chili peppers
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
18 balls whole pepper
2 pcs onion (larger)

Recipe steps
We place the hermelins in a jar together with allspice, pepper, mustard seeds, and bay leaves. We continuously add sliced onions between the cheeses, as well as strips of sliced chili peppers.
We cover the hermelins in the jar with oil, seal it, and let it rest for 5-7 days.
