Plzeňské buns

We will start by preparing a sourdough starter from a bit of milk, yeast, and sugar. Next, we will mix the milk with the egg yolks.
Ingredients (what you need)
dough 1 cube yeast
2 pcs egg yolk
250 g semi-coarse flour
1 tsp salt
100 g melted butter
250 g plain flour
200 ml milk
1 tsp sugar
lukewarm milk
for brushing lard
Recipe steps
In a bowl with flour, add the already risen sourdough, mixed egg yolks with milk, melted butter, and salt. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place.
Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. From the risen dough, we now form our rolls (small buns), which we flatten after placing them on the tray. This should yield about 6 buns. Let them rise for a little longer.
Melt a bit of lard, brush it onto the risen rolls, and place them in the oven at 180°C. Bake for about 40 minutes.
Serve as a side dish with meats and vegetables.
