Quick Cocoa Glaze

This icing is intended for glazing primarily Christmas cookies.
Ingredients (what you need)
topping 80 g powdered sugar
1 tablespoon starch flour
1 tablespoon water
80 g hardened fat
20 g cocoa
Recipe steps
In a smaller pot, we melt the fat, to which we then add sugar and cocoa. Next to it, we dissolve the cornstarch in water and then mix it with the melted fat, cocoa, and sugar.
We prepare a water bath, where we place the pot and stir the mixture until the frosting is thick and smooth.
We immediately spread the prepared frosting on the Christmas cookies.
