1 larger cauliflower
1 teaspoon caraway
1 teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper
2–4 eggs according to size
coarse flour according to the number of eggs used
sunflower oil for frying
Recipe steps
First, divide the cauliflower into individual florets. Discard the hard ends. Then boil the cauliflower in boiling water with caraway seeds for 10 minutes. After that, drain and let it cool.
