We will let the butter soften. We will sift the flour and powdered sugar, add vanilla sugar and baking powder. Then we will add the egg yolks, orange zest, and softened butter. From this, we will work out a smooth dough, which we will wrap in foil and put in the fridge to rest for an hour.

Ingredients (what you need)

180 g powdered sugar
2 pcs egg yolk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
420 g all-purpose flour
280 g butter
for decoration candies

Recipe steps

On a floured surface, we roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut out circles. In the center of each circle, we press a candy. We place them on a greased baking sheet and put them in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

We let the cookies cool and then store them in a cool, dry place.
