Good bread dumpling

Ingredients (what you need)
25 g yeast
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
500 g flour - semi-coarse
2 pcs bun
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml lukewarm semi-skimmed milk
Recipe steps
We take a board and cut the bun into small pieces. We put it into a bowl. We slightly heat the milk and pour it in. We sift the flour and also add it to the bowl. We salt it, add sugar and yeast. We knead the dough.
We let the dough rise and rest for 30 - 40 minutes.
We bring water to a boil and salt it. We divide the dough into two rolls. We cook for about 17 minutes and at the beginning, we lift them off the bottom. After cooking, we immediately pierce them with a fork from both sides and cut with thread. We serve it, for example, with a creamy sauce and meat.
