We will start by mixing the plain flour, baking powder, and powdered sugar. Then we will combine that with the egg and whipped cream.

Ingredients (what you need)

dough 1/2 kg all-purpose flour
1/4 l whipped cream
1 packet baking powder
1/4 l granulated sugar
3 pcs eggs

1 plate halved apricots
crumble 100 g coarse flour
60 g powdered sugar
60 g butter
to taste almond slices
grated coconut for dusting
fat for greasing

Recipe steps

We will prepare the crumble by mixing sugar with coarse flour and melted butter. We mix it nicely with our hands.

We grease a deep baking tray with fat and sprinkle it with grated coconut. We pour the batter into it and place the halved pitted apricots on top of the batter. We sprinkle it with the crumble and add almonds on top.

We place it in the oven at 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
