We will cut the peeled lemons, oranges, and grated carrots into pieces.

Ingredients (what you need)

35 g citric acid
2 pcs lemon
850 g granulated sugar
4 pcs orange
500 g carrot
10 l water

Recipe steps

In a pot, we put 2 liters of water, dissolve the sugar in it, and add the citrus fruits and carrot. We cook until softened for 1-2 hours.

When we finish cooking, we blend the contents. Then we mix with the remaining water and citric acid.

We fill the juice into bottles, or we let it cool down and serve in a glass with a slice of orange.
