Dill sauce with beef

We will start by cooking the beef. We will submerge it in water in a pot, preferably a pressure cooker, so that it's submerged about one-third. We will add onion and allspice. Once we are done, we will use the meat broth for the sauce.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 pc onion
750 g beef
4 balls whole allspice
6 dl milk
1 bunch fresh dill
1 pc whipping cream
3 tbsp vinegar
8 balls whole black pepper
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
to taste sugar
salt
Recipe steps
Strain the broth from the pot, mix it with lukewarm milk and cream. Stir until it begins to boil. Then add finely chopped dill. Let it simmer for a while longer and season with sugar.
In a smaller container, mix 4 tablespoons of flour with a deciliter of milk. Then stir this mixture into the sauce. Add according to how thick you want it. After that, let it simmer for a while longer, and when it’s done, just season with sugar, vinegar, and salt.
Serve with bread dumplings, and you can also add hard-boiled eggs.
