In a bowl, we will put the egg whites, sugar, and jam. Then we will add the citric acid mixed with dye in a little water, set aside. We will whisk everything properly into a foam.

Ingredients (what you need)

3 tablespoons spicy jam
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 pcs egg whites
1 package large ladyfinger cookies
1/4 teaspoon citric acid
27 g granulated sugar
water
1/2 teaspoon food coloring
topping 50 g hydrogenated fat
100 g cooking chocolate

Recipe steps

Next, we pour sugar into a smaller pot and cover it with water, so that it is just above the sugar, and we bring it to a boil. When the mixture is nice and syrupy, we gradually whisk it into the egg whites.

We then spoon the meringue onto either store-bought or homemade biscuits. We let the finished ones cool so that they set. After that, we dip them in chocolate.
