Battered bread a little differently.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 - 3 slices bread
4 pcs eggs
100 g ham
100 g Edam cheese
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
oil for frying
salt
Recipe steps
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the breadcrumbs. Finely chop the ham and cheese and mix them into the eggs with the breadcrumbs. Season with salt to taste.
In a pan with hot oil, place the bread on which we spread a portion of the egg mixture. Once the bread is fried on one side, we flip it and fry on the other side.
After frying, place on paper towels to remove excess oil, and we can serve immediately, optionally accompanied by ketchup or some vegetables.
