We will start by slicing the leek into rings and chopping the bacon into small pieces. In a small pan, we will then sauté them in a little butter and add finely chopped or crushed garlic.

Ingredients (what you need)

sauce 200 g bacon
100 g blue cheese
4 cloves garlic
200 g Parmesan cheese
300 g leek
3 dl milk
2 dl whipping cream
200 g processed cheese

Recipe steps

At the same time, we will melt blue cheese and processed cheese in milk in a pot next to it.

Once the leek softens, we mix everything together, add basil, and season to taste with pepper. Finally, we add cream and after mixing, sprinkle parmesan on top.

The sauce is excellent with pasta.
