Basic Mushroom Sauce

A basic mushroom sauce can be managed even by a beginner.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 pcs kitchen onion
1 pc broth
400 g mushrooms
parsley
rapeseed oil
5 tablespoons flour - plain
200 ml cream - for cooking
Recipe steps
Thoroughly clean the mushrooms and chop them.
Chop the washed parsley on the cutting board. Set it aside for later.
Peel the onion and roughly chop it in a hand blender.
Drizzle oil into the pot and sauté the onion.
Add the mushrooms. Pour in a suitable amount of water and add the bouillon. Cook.
Towards the end of cooking, smooth the sauce with cream. Thicken with plain flour. Stir and cook.
Add the parsley. It will give the dish a touch.
Taste and season with salt to your liking.
